Atelijerski portret djevojke u tričetvrt figure, tijelo u desnom profilu, glava u lijevom poluprofilu s pogledom usmjerenim prema kameri. Atelijerska je pozadina neutralna. Djevojka ima ovalno lice i kratku smeđu kosu začešljanu na desnu stranu, tamne izražajne oči i osmijeh na licu. Odjevena je u haljinu dugih rukava i zaogrnuta krznenom stolom. Oko vrata nosi dugu bisernu ogrlicu, a na ruci narukvicu.
Fotografija je otisnuta na tanjem kartonu s tiskanim rasporedom poštanske razglednice na reversu. Na desnoj strani, na linijama namijenjenima upisivanju podataka primatelja, rukopisni je zapis nalivperom: Buie, 2. 8. 1930. Mafalda.

The girl has an oval face and short brown hair combed to the right, dark expressive eyes, and a smile. She wears a long-sleeved dress and is draped in a fur stole. Around her neck is a long pearl necklace, and on her wrist a bracelet.
The photograph is printed on thin cardboard with the postcard format printed on the verso. On the right side, on the lines intended for the recipient's details, there is a handwritten ink inscription: Buie, 2. 8. 1930. Mafalda.
