Atelijerski portret brata i sestre, prikazanih u cijeloj figuri, u stojećem, frontalnom stavu, s pogledima usmjerenima prema kameri. Odjeveni su u svečanu odjeću za prvu svetu pričest. Pozadina ateliera je neutralna, a s lijeve je strane drveni stolić s vazom i cvijećem. Dječak Giusto, smješten lijevo, odjeven je u bluzu-jaknu s mornarskom kragnom, kratke hlače do koljena, duge bijele čarape i cipele, a na glavi nosi mornarsku kapu. Lijeva ruka ispružena je uz tijelo, a u desnoj ruci, kojom je naslonjen na stolić, drži bijele rukavice. Djevojčica Stefania, smještena desno, odjevena je u bijelu haljinu do koljena, bijele čarape i cipele, s velom na glavi koji seže do poda. Desna ruka položena na bratovo rame, a u lijevoj ruci, spuštenoj uz tijelo, drži buketić.
Fotografija je otisnuta na tanjem kartonu s tiskanim rasporedom poštanske razglednice na reversu.

His left arm hangs at his side, while his right hand, resting on the table, holds white bracelets. The girl, Stefania, on the right, wears a white knee-length dress, white socks and shoes, with a veil reaching the floor. Her right hand rests on her brother’s shoulder, and her left hand, hanging by her side, holds a small bouquet.
