Skupni portret obitelji Bertoša fotografirane na otvorenom prostoru ispred kamenoga zida. Skupinu čini šest osoba, u prvom redu tri sjede i jedna stoji, iza njih dvije stoje, pogleda usmjerena prema kameri. U prvom redu, lijevo, stoji djevojčica odjevena u bijelu haljinu do koljena, dugih rukava s bijelim čarapama i tamnim cipelama. Lijevu ruku položila je majci u krilo. Majka je odjevena u tamnu haljinu dugih rukava s dugačkom ogrlicom i privjeskom oko vrata. Otac je odjeven u odijelo s bijelom košuljom. Desno je dječak odjeven u kratke hlače i jaknu odijela. Iza stoje sin i kći mladenačke dobi. Na kamenom zidu, iznad glave mladića, natpis u majuskuli: Sagradio / Franjo Bertoša / 1920.
