Skupni portret savjetnika dr. Šime Kurelića na otvorenom prostoru, ispred stambene kuće. Osam muškaraca raspoređeno je u tri nepravilno organizirana reda: u prvom redu dvojica sjede, iza njih u drugom redu četvorica te preostala dvojica u trećem redu. Muškarci stoje, pogleda usmjerena prema kameri. Odjeveni su u odijela tamnije boje s bijelim košuljama. Dvojica u rukama drže kape. Savjetnici dr. Šime Kurelića, izabrani na sjednici Zastupstva 14. 7. 1898. godine za razdoblje od 1898. do 1903., bili su: dr. Dinko Trinajstić, Ivan Ivić, Ivan Pucić, Antun Bertoša (u kariranoj košulji, prvi zdesna u drugome redu), Ivan Lukež, Ivan Mogorović, Antun Sironić i Ivan Šuran.
Fotografija je podlijepljena na žuti karton. Na reversu, centrirano i u dijagonali od donjeg desnog prema lijevom rubu, rukopisnim slovima zlatne boje otisnuto je ime fotografa: Dr. M. Trinajstić / Amateur.

Group portrait of the advisors to Dr Šime Kurelić, taken outdoors in front of a residential building. Eight men are arranged in three irregular rows: two seated in the front row, four standing behind them in the second row, and the remaining two in the third row. The men face the camera. They are dressed in dark-coloured suits with white shirts; two of them are holding hats. The advisors to Dr. Šime Kurelić, elected at the Assembly session on 14 July 1898 for the period 1898–1903, were: Dr Dinko Trinajstić, Ivan Ivić, Ivan Pucić, Antun Bertoša (wearing a checkered shirt, first from the right in the second row), Ivan Lukež, Ivan Mogorović, Antun Sironić, and Ivan Šuran.
The photograph is mounted on yellow cardboard. On the verso, centred and set diagonally from the lower right towards the left edge, the photographer’s name is inscribed in gold handwritten lettering: Dr. M. Trinajstić / Amateur.
